| 摘 要： | 目的观察ABCG2在食管癌组织中的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法收集80例食管癌患者的癌组织及癌旁正常食管组织,进行ABCG2的免疫组化染色及Western blot检测。结果 80例食管癌患者,其癌组织中ABCG2的表达较正常食管组织明显上调（P〈0.05）。患者的3年生存率与癌组织中ABCG2的表达量有关（P〈0.01）,癌组织中ABCG2的表达上调与术后早期复发密切相关（P〈0.05）。结论 ABCG2在食管癌组织中的表达上调,可以作为食管癌患者预后的预测因子之一。
