| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经桡动脉途径进行冠脉介入诊疗的安全性和可行性。方法对本院2009年1月～2010年5月经皮桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊疗的320例冠心病患者临床资料进行分析,观察手术成功率和并发症。结果经桡动脉途径完成冠状动脉造影312例,其中有58例行PCI术;桡动脉穿刺及置管成功率为97%。结论经皮桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入诊疗是安全的、可行的,成功率高并发症较少,患者更乐意接受,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the security and feasibility of PCI through radial artery.Methods The clinical date of 320 patients with CAG or PCI from January 2009 to May 2010 were analysised to evaluate the ratio of achievement and complication.Results 312 cases had been operated with coronary angiography RA,58 Cases of them had been operated with PCI.The successful rate of RA puncture was 97%.Conclusion CAG and PCI viaradial artery and effective,feasible and acceptable,which has more successful rate and less complications. |
