胫骨平台骨折手术治疗64例临床分析

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折的手术治疗方法。方法比较分析2004年1月～2007年1月收治的64例胫骨平台骨折的手术患者,骨折按Schatzker分型为Ⅱ～Ⅵ型,采用切开复位支持钢板内固定,塌陷超过0.5cm者,全部采用自体髂骨进行植骨。结果 64例随访5～36个月,平均4个月。按Merchant评分标准,优良率85.4%。结论对移位的胫骨平台骨折宜采用切开复位适当的内固定术,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型患者应予植骨。

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment of tibial plateau fractures:report of 64 Cases

Objective To investigate the operative ways of tibial plateau fractures.Methods To anlalyse 64 cases of tibial plateau fractures patients who were classified according to schatczker classification 2～4.The tibial plateau fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with buttress plates.All which sank over 1.5 cm were treated with persons＇bone grafts.Results The following-up was 5～36 months（average 14 months）.According to Merchant grade standerd,the excellent and good results were 85.4%.Conclusion The open reduction and internal fixation are suited for the shifted tibial plateau fracture.Type 2,3,4 cases should be grafted.
