输尿管镜碎石术后感染性休克的诊治

目的探讨输尿管镜碎石术后感染性休克的发生原因及治疗。方法回顾性分析3例输尿管镜碎石术后并发感染性休克患者的临床资料。3例接受输尿管镜碎石术治疗的患者,术后出现高热、血压下降、心率增快,根据临床表现诊断为感染性休克,并给予抗休克和抗感染治疗。结果 3例患者生命体征逐渐平稳,尿量恢复正常,最后治愈出院。结论梗阻积水合并感染、术中液体高压灌注和手术时间过长是引起感染性休克的主要原因,早期发现、及时治疗是成功救治的关键。

Septic shock after ureteroseopic lithotripsy

Objective To investigate the etiology and treatment of septic shock after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods 3 cases of septic shock after ureteroscopic lithotripsy were analyzed retrospectively.The 3 patients who received ureteroscopic lithotripsy complicated with hyperpyrexia,low blood pressure and increased heart rate after the operation.The diagnosis was postoperative septic shock according to the clinical manifestation,and they were given anti-shock and anti-infective therapies.Results The vital signs of the 3 patients recover gradually,and the urine output returned to normal,and finally cured.Conclusion The reasons of the postoperative septic shock mainly were urinary obstructive hydrops and infection,at the same time the intraoperative high pressure perfusion of ureteroscope and the long time operation are also causes,so the early detection and the in time rescue would be the keys to successful treatment.
