摘 要: | 目的探讨MRI对胫骨平台后缘骨折的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析67例胫骨平台后缘骨折的MR资料,比较PDW-FS、T1WI和T2WI序列对平台后缘骨折的诊断价值;X线平片与MRI检查对照,以MRI检查结果为标准,计算X线平片的诊断符合率。结果骨折线在T1WI和T2WI上大部分呈低信号,PDW-FS上所有患者的骨折线均为高信号,较T1WI和T2WI显示的明显清楚。对骨折显示效果的分级:T1WI与T2WI比较,z=-0.181,P〉0.05,差异无统计学意义;PDW-FS与T1WI比较,z=-9.181,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;PDW-FS与T2WI比较,z=-9.358,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。以MRI检查结果为标准,X线平片检查的符合率为83.6%。结论 MRI检查能清楚显示胫骨平台后缘骨折及并发损伤,PDW-FS是较佳的序列。

Abstract: | Objective Discussion on the diagnostic value of MRI of the fracture in posterior edge of tibial plateau.Methods The date of MRI and x-ray plain on 67 cases of the fractures in posterior edge of tibial plateau were retrospective analysised.The image findings were viewed.The display effect of PDW-FS,T1WI and T2WI sequence on the fractures in posterior edge of tibial plateau were compared.As the MRI was standard,the diagnosis coincidence rate of x-ray plain was calculated.Results Fracture lines were mostly the low signals on T1WI and T2WI,and were all the high signals on PDW-FS which were clearer than the signals on T1WI and the T2WI.The display effect of PDW-FS,T1WI and T2WI were compared,there were not significant difference between T1WI and T2WI with z=-0.181,P 0.05;there were significant difference between PDW-FS and T1WI,with z=-9.181,P 0.05;there were significant difference between PDW-FS and T2WI with z=-9.358,P 0.05.As the MRI was standard,the diagnosis coincidence rate of X-ray plain was 83.6%.Conclusion MRI Imaging can clearly demonstrate the fractures in posterior edge of tibial plateau and accompanying injure,PDW-FS is better sequence and has better diagnostic value. |
