大剂量百草枯中毒对大鼠肺损伤的病理观察

目的探讨大剂量百草枯中毒对SD大鼠死亡率及肺损伤的影响。方法 20只SD大鼠,随机分为对照组及实验组,对照组用生理盐水灌胃,实验组用百草枯溶液灌胃,剂量为125mg/ml,观察大鼠的行为、死亡率,及死亡和存活大鼠的肺的病理改变。结果实验组大鼠30d死亡率为70%,死亡集中出现在给药后7d,7d后大鼠没有新的死亡,死亡大鼠的肺充血坏死,肺/体重是正常对照的2倍,存活30d大鼠的肺组织有局部小叶的纤维化。结论百草枯中毒对肺的损伤是很严重的,使肺完全丧失通气功能,但存活30d大鼠的肺纤维化似乎并不严重,不会影响大鼠的生存。

Lung injury in SD rats exposed to high dose of paraquat

Objective Aim to study the effect on mortality rate and lung injury of SD rats exposed to high dose of paraquat.Methods 20 SD rats were divided into control and paraquat groups.Control group were administrated with 0.9% saline.,and paraquat group were administrated with paraquat（125mg/ml） by oral.The behavior,death rate of SD rats had been recorded in 1 month after administration of paraquat.Pathological change of the rats lung tissue was observed.Results 70% SD rats administrated with paraquat were dead in 7 days.The lung/weight of dead rats in paraquat group was 2 times heavier than that of control.The lung of dead rats appeared serious necrosis and pulmonary alveolar was engorged with blood.The part of one pulmonary lobule was fibrosis in the rats survived for 30 days.Conclusion Lung injury of the death rats was so serious that air exchange of pulmonary lost.Pulmonary fibrosis appeared in the living rats,but didn＇t affect on rats surviving.
