新辅助化疗对中晚期食管癌患者临床疗效的影响

目的探讨术前新辅助化疗（FP方案）对中晚期食管癌临床疗效的影响。方法 49例中晚期食管癌随机分为两组,对照组给予手术和术后放化疗等综合治疗,实验组术前给予FP方案化疗2个疗程,化疗结束后4～6周行手术治疗。对两组患者手术根治性切除率、术后并发症和生存期等进行比较。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者的手术根治性切除率明显提高,术后并发症二者之间没有明显的差异,患者1年生存率较对照组延长。结论术前化疗能提高手术根治性切除率,在一定程度上较少术后并发症的发生,延长患者生存期,但其对患者的远期临床疗效尚不清楚。

The effect of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy on advanced esophageal carcinoma

Objective To explore the clinical effect of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy（FP） program on advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods 49 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups,one group（control group） received surgery and postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy and the other group（experimental group） were given FP chemotherapy for 2 courses of treatment.Then the operation will be done after 4 to 6 weeks.The surgical resection rate,postoperative complications and survival rate will be observed both in two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the surgical resection rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the 1 year survival rate was also higher than that of the control group.But there is no difference between the two groups.Conclusion Preoperative chemotherapy can improve the rate of radical surgery resection,prolonged the survival,and decreased the complications of surgery to a certain extent.But its long-term clinical efficacy in patients is not clear.
