| 摘 要： | 目的探讨静息心电图持续性ST段水平下移与心肌缺血的关系。方法对86例已行选择性冠状动脉造影术并心电图持续性ST段水平下移改变的患者进行回顾性分析。结果25例（29％）造影发现有冠状动脉狭窄。结论静息心电图持续性ST段水平下移不是心肌缺血的特异性改变，绝大多数（71％）并非由冠状动脉狭窄引起，应努力寻找其他原因。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the relation between persistent horizontal depression of ST segment and myocardial ischemia on resting electrocardiography. [Method] Retrospective analysis of 86 cases of selective coronary radiography combined with persistent horizontal depression of ST segment.
