依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑梗死的临床评价

目的:评价依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将120例进展性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各60例,治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用依达拉奉30mg加生理盐水100ml静脉点滴,每日2次,奥扎格雷钠80mg加生理盐水250ml静脉点滴,每日2次;对照组在常规治疗基础上应用奥扎格雷钠80mg加生理盐水250ml静脉点滴,疗程均为2周,观察2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后30d治疗组有效率88.3%,对照组有效率70%。结论:依达拉奉联合奥扎格雷钠治疗进展性脑梗死安全有效。

Clinical Evaluation of Edaravone Combined with Sodium Ozagrel on Treating Progressive Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the curative effects of Edaravone combined with Sodium ozagrel on treating progressive cerebral infarction(PCI).Methods:120 patients with PCI were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(60 patients) was treated with Edaravone 30 mg iv dirp bid for 14 days,and Sodium ozagrel 80mg iv drip bid for 14 days.Control group(60 patients)was treated with Sodium ozagrel only,whose usage was the same as that of treatment group.Therapeutic effect was evaluated by clinical efficacy.Results:The total effective rate(88.3%)of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(70%).Conclusion:Treatment of Edaravone combined with Sodium ozagrel can safely improve the symptom of PCI patients.
