患者提问式团队术前访视应用于全麻腹部手术患者的效果

目的比较＂患者提问式团队术前访视＂与传统的术前访视对腹部全麻手术患者围手术期焦虑、恐惧及术后疼痛的影响。方法 201例腹部非肿瘤全麻手术患者,按照便利抽样方法分成试验组94例和对照组107例。试验组采用＂患者提问式团队术前访视＂,即手术医师、麻醉医师、病房护士、手术室护士集体术前访视患者,访视过程采用患者提问、访视人员依据问题的范围予以解答的模式。对照组采用传统的术前访视,即手术医师术前告知、麻醉师和手术室护士的术前访视,以及病房护士术前健康教育。比较两组患者的干预前后焦虑、恐惧及生命体征、术后疼痛,并分别进行满意度测评。数据进行统计学分析。结果①两组患者干预后焦虑均显著低于干预前焦虑;试验组患者干预后焦虑显著低于对照组;②在入手术室时的恐惧方面,试验组患者显著低于对照组,但血压及心率方面两组患者差异无统计学意义;③试验组患者术后疼痛显著低于对照组,但镇痛药（哌替啶）使用次数方面两组差异无统计学意义;④对访视的满意度方面,试验组显著高于对照组。结论 ＂患者提问式团队术前访视＂更具有针对性,在缓解术前焦虑及术后疼痛方面,效果好于传统术前访视;且试验组患者对访视的满意度显著高于对照组。
