中西医结合治疗不同术式术后残留肾结石疗效观察

目的观察不同术式术后残留肾结石行体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)术后运用中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法将100例残留肾结石患者接受ESWL术后分为3组,分别采用西药治疗、中西医结合排石汤治疗、中西医结合排石汤加尿路通治疗,2周为1个疗程,连续观察4个疗程。结果3组结石的治愈率分别为:69.70%、93.94%、94.12%,西药对照组与排石汤组、尿路通组结石治愈率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗能提高残留肾结石患者的治愈率,加快结石排出,缩短治疗时间。

Curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on residual renal calculus after different surgical methods

Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on residual renal calculus after different surgical methods in patients having been treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods 100 patients with residual renal calculus were divided into A,B and C groups after ESWL.The patients in A group were treated with western medicine,the patients in B group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western lithagogue decoction,and the patients in C group accepted integrated traditional Chinese and western lithagogue decoction and Niaolutong(compound tablets).Two weeks were considered to be one course of treatment in each group and 4 courses were followed up.Results The cure rate of renal calculus in A,B and C groups were 69.70%,93.94% and 94.12% respectively;the cure rate in A group was significantly lower than that in B or C group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can efficiently increase the cure rate of residual renal calculus,accelerate the elimination of calculus and shorten the treatment time.
