| 摘 要： | 目的：研究地龙的免疫作用，探讨地龙的促愈合机制。方法：给小鼠ip不同浓度的地龙提取液，测定腹腔巨噬细胞的活化率；用不同浓度的地龙提取液培养巨噬细胞，测定其吞噬中性红的能力及Fc受体活化的数量。结果：地龙能显著地提高巨噬细胞活化率、细胞表面Fc受体功能增强、提高其吞噬中性红的能力。结论：地龙能明显地增强巨噬细胞的免疫活性，可能对缩短炎症周期、促进伤口愈合起重要作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To determine the influnce of Lumbricidae Eisemia foetida (LEF) on the immuno-activity of macrophage so as to probe into the mechanism of its wound healing effect. METHODS: Mouse was injected ip extract of LEF in different concentrations then the percentage of activated macrophage was counted. In addition, the murine peritoneal macrophage cultured with the extract of LEF in different concentrations was adopted, the macrophage phagocytic activity measured by the quantity of phagocytic neutrol red, and the percentage of Fc receptor counted. RESULTS: The extract of LEF could significantly augment the percentage of activated macrophage, phagocytic activity and the percentage of cell-membrance receptor Fc of macrophage. CONCLUSION: The wound-healing effect of LEF is accomplished by enhancing effect on the immuno-system of the organism. |
