2种会阴护理方法在女性留置尿管患者中的应用效果研究

目的探讨女性留置尿管患者2种会阴护理方法对尿路感染及患者舒适度的影响。方法将ICU80例女性留置尿管患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组采用冲擦法,对照组采用传统会阴护理方法,比较2组会阴护理后第3,7,10,14天的尿道口细菌培养结果和中段尿细菌培养结果及尿道口的不良症状。结果2组患者尿道口和中段尿细菌培养结果及2组患者尿道口不良症状如尿道口红肿、分泌物、异味、结痂比较,观察组阳性率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论冲擦法可有效提高女性留置尿管患者会阴护理的效果。

Different perineum nursing methods for female patients indwelled urinary catheter

Objective In order to know the preventive effects of urinary tract infection and comfortable degree by two different perinemu nursing methods for female patients indwelled urinary. Methods Divided 80 female patients with urinary catheter in ICU into the observation group (40 cases) and control group(40 cases). Traditional perineum douche method was used in control group, while improved perineum douche method was used in the observation group. Compared the infective conditions about meatus urinarius and midstream urine between the two groups on different time points respectively. Results The incidence rate of ill-symptom in control group was significantly higher than that of in the observation group, P<0.05. The infection rate of meatus urinarius and midstream urine in control group was significantly higher than that of in the observation group respectively, P<0.05. Conclusion Improved perineum douche method can effectively ameliorate the effects of perineum nursing for female patients with urinary catheter.
