小针刀术和针刺术治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的疗效观察

目的　小针刀疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效观察。方法　用小针刀法治疗本病 72例 ,用针刺法治疗本病 5 0例 ,进行疗效观察对比。结果　小针刀疗法治疗本病总有效率为 10 0 % ,针刺疗法治疗本病总有效率 86 % ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　小针刀疗法和针刺疗法对治疗第三腰椎横突综合征均有疗效 ,但小针刀疗法显效率明显高于针刺疗法 ,小针刀疗法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征 ,效果好 ,无毒副作用 ,安全可靠 ,简便易行 ,患者易于接受。

Curative Effect of Acupotomy and Acupuncture in Treating the Third Vertebrae Lumbales Processus Transversi Symptom

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupotomy in treating the third vertebrae lumbales processus transversi symptom.Methods 72 patients were treated by acupotomy and 50 patients were treated by acupuncture,contrast the curative effect. Results The total effective rate by acupotomy was 100% and by acupuncture was 80%.Conclusion The acupotomy and acupuncture are both effective in the treatment of the third vertebrae lumbales processus transrersi symptom,but the acupotomy is better than the acupuncture.So the acupotomy in treating the third vertebrae lumbales processus transversi symptom is more effective, safe and convenient.It's easy to be accepted by the patients.
