| 摘 要： | 目的观察益母草冲剂联合米非司酮、米索前列醇片治疗药物流产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予米非司酮与米索前列醇片序贯合用治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服益母草冲剂,比较两组临床疗效,阴道停止出血时间及月经恢复时间。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,与对照组(70.00%)比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组96.67%的患者在用药2周后阴道停止出血,所有患者均在40d内月经恢复正常,与对照组有均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论益母草冲剂联合米非司酮、米索前列醇片是治疗药物流产后恶露不绝的有效方法。
