| 摘 要： | 背景]观察射频温控热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效.病例报告]给10例原发性三叉神经痛患者行半月神经节射频温控热凝术治疗,结果疼痛完全消失者为7例,症状改善者为2例,无效者为1例.讨论]射频温控热凝术治疗原发性三叉神经痛具有操作简便、快捷、疗效可靠及可重复治疗等特点.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To observe therapeutic survey of radiofrequency thermoagulation(RFT) for 10 cases of primary neuralgia. CASE REPORTS The 10 cases of primary neuralgia patients were treated by RFT,7 cases were cured,and 2 cases were in effect,and 1 case was inefficient. DISCUSSION RFT using for primary neuralgia is easy and shortcut for operation,high efficiency,and that can treat repition. |
