| 摘 要： | 以分光光度法对成方制剂一捻金中大黄总蒽醌进行了含量测定。大黄结合蒽醌的两相水解溶剂为2．5mol／L硫酸氯仿，游离总蒽醌用5％氢氧化纳～2％氨水（1：1）混合碱液萃取，测定波长为518um。

Determination of Total Anthraquinone of Dahuang Content in Yinian Jin Powder by Spectrophotometry |

| Abstract: | The total anthraquinone of Dahuang in
Yinian Jin powder was determined by spectrophotometry.The sample was hydrolyzed with
2.5mol/L sulfuric acid chloroform.The total anthraquinone was extracted with 5% sodium
hydroxide and 2% ammonium hydroxide.It was 518nm in detected wavelength. |
