平板运动试验冠状动脉造影评价分析

目的 评价和分析平板运动试验（TET）及冠状动脉造影（CAG）对冠心病诊断的性别差异。方法 选择拟诊为冠心病的48例患者，同期先后行TET和CAG，以CAG的结果为标准。分析TET和CAG对不同性别患者的敏感性和特异性。并对其差异进行分析。结果 TET诊断冠心病的敏感性为77．08％，特异性为66．67％。TET阳性病例中女性假阳性率57．8％，显著高于男性27．5％（P〈0．01）；女性患者具有典型胸痛症状、吸烟史、冠心病家族史的例数较少；糖尿病、高脂血症显著为多。结论 TET诊断冠心病的敏感性和特异性相对CAG较低，临床工作中应综合分析不同性别患者的特征进行诊治。

Analysis of Treadmill Exercise Test and Coronary Angiography for Diagnosis of Coronary Disease

Objective To evaluate and analyze the treadmill exercise test(TET) and coronary angiography(CAG) in sex differences for diagnosis of coronary disease.Methods 48 patients early diagnosed as coronary heart disease were given TET and CAG,used the outcome of CAG as criteria.The sensitivity and specificity in sex differences of TET and CAG,and the differences were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of TET in diagnosis of coronary disease was 77.08%,the specificity was 66.67%,the false positive of the female incidence rate was 57.8%,which was higher than that in the male 27.5%(P<0.01).The number of female patients with typical chest pain,smoking history and family history of CHD was smaller than that with diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemic history.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of TET are relatively lower than CAG in diagnosis of coronary disease,we should comprehensively analyze the traits of different sex in clinical work.
