摘    要:目的了解双侧可调式枢椎侧弓定位器在引导侧方椎弓螺钉固定时的有效性。方法8例新鲜枢椎标本,随机平均分为2组。对照组利用计算机模拟所确定的进针点和进针方向进行钻孔和植入螺钉,实验组利用计算机模拟所确定的定位器与枢椎椎板的空间位置和距离关系,安放好定位器后在定位器引导下钻孔和植入螺钉。结果对照组1例螺钉穿破枢椎上关节面,1例穿破侧方椎弓横突孔区域外侧骨皮质,实验组无1例出现植钉错误。结论利用可调试枢椎定位器在计算机模拟辅助下引导钻孔和进钉,可使植钉成功率明显提高。

Abstract:Objective To study the efficacy of adjustable bilateral aiming device in the screw insertion accuracy of lateral arch of C2 vertebra. Methods Eight fresh C 2 vertebrae samples were randomly divided into two groups equally. In contrast group, safe entrance point and orientation of screw were got by simulating with computer and confirmed by naked eye while manipulating on real samples, while in test group the entrance point and orientation of screw were guided by adjustable bilateral aiming device invented by ourselves. Results In contrast group, one screw penetrated into the transverse foramen and another broke the anterior aspect of superior articular facet. In test group all screws were inserted into the lateral arch of axes correctly. Conclusion The computer simulating ,adjustable bilateral aiming device could raise the accuracy of safe screw insertion of lateral arch of axis.
