| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合治疗面瘫的临床效果。[方法]将76例面瘫患者随机分成两组。治疗组采用单纯西医抗炎、消肿、营养神经类药治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上辅以针灸疗法。[结果]治疗组的总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的89.47%(χ2=8.913,P<0.05)。[结论]西药联合针灸治疗面瘫较单纯应用西药治疗面瘫疗效显著。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the clinical effect of facial paralysis.[Methods] 76 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups.Western medicine treatment group using a simple anti-inflammatory,reduces swelling,neurotrophic drugs treatment,the treatment group in the control group based on treatment by acupuncture.[Results] The treatment group the total effective rate was significantly higher than 97.37% of the 89.47%(χ2= 8.913,P<0.05).... |
