摘    要:目的 探讨P16mRNA及其蛋白产物在胃癌、癌旁及正常胃粘膜中的表达和临床意义。方法 采用原位杂交和免疫组化技术检测 33例胃癌、17例癌旁和 13例正常胃粘膜中P16mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果 胃癌P16mRNA和蛋白阳性表达率均高于正常胃粘膜 (P <0 .0 5 )。伴淋巴结转移胃癌阳性细胞密度明显高于未转移者 (P <0 .0 5 )。P16mRNA及其蛋白表达与胃癌的其它病理学特征无相关性 ,二者在不同胃组织中表达呈正相关。结论 P16基因异常可能参与胃癌的发生与发展 ,并有促进胃肿瘤转移的效应 ,可作为胃癌预后的一个参考指标。

Abstract:Objectives To explore the expression and the clinic significance of P 16 mRNA and its products in gastric carcinoma,adjacent tissue of tumer and normal mucosa.Methods By in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry P 16 mRNA and its protein expression in 33 cases of gastric carcinoma,17 cases of adjacent tissue and 13 normal gastric mucosa were measured.Results The positive expression rate of P 16 mRNA and its protein in gastric carcinoma were higher than that of normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05).The positive cell density of gastric carcinoma with lymphatic metastasis was apparently higher than that of nonlymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between both the P 16 mRNA Aand its protein and the other pathological features of gastric carcinoma,but both expressions in different gastric tissues had positive correlation.Conclusions Abnormal P 16 gene might take part in development and progress of gastric carcinoma and make promote the metastasis of gastric carcinoma,and it acts as a reference parameter in prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
