| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人食管癌细胞中nm2 3-H1蛋白的表达水平与食管癌转移的关系。方法 采用S -P免疫组化方法对 40例人食管癌细胞中nm2 3-H1蛋白的表达水平进行研究。结果 nm2 3-H1蛋白阴性组淋巴结转移率 (6 3.2 % )高于阳性组 (19.0 5 % ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且nm2 3-H1基因的表达水平和食管癌分化程度存在明显相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 nm2 3-H1的低表达在食管癌的淋巴结转移中起重要作用

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of the expression of nm23-H 1 protein with the biological behavior and lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer cells.Methods The expression of nm23-H 1 in 40 patients with esophageal cancer were determined by using immunohistochemical method.Results The rate of lymph nodes metastasis in the nm23-H 1 negative group was higher than the nm23-H 1 positive group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that low expression of nm23-H 1 plays a significant role in lymph node metastasis in esophageal cancer. |
