| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨人食管癌中nm2 3-H1基因突变与食管癌转移的关系。方法 应用PCR -SSCP方法对 40例食管癌组织中nm2 3-H1基因进行检测。结果 nm2 3-H1基因突变率转移组 (5 5 % )高于非转移组 (10 % ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 通过nm2 3-H1基因突变的检测对食管癌的转移潜能及判断预后有一定意义

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the of correlation mutation of nm23-H 1 gene in esophageal cancer and the esophageal cancer metastasis.Methods PCR-SSCP were used to detect the nm23-H 1 gene mutation in 40 specimens of esophageal cancer tissue.Results The rate of nm23-H 1 gene mutation in the metastasis group was higher than the non metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Examination of nm23-H 1 gene mutaion may be of significance in evaluating metastasis potentiality and prognosis of the esophageal cancer. |
