绝经后取宫内节育器300例临床分析

目的探讨绝经后取宫内节育器难度与带环年限的关系及合适的取器时间。方法对300例绝经后取环妇女的带环年限、绝经年限及取器情况进行分析。结果带环年限5~10年,11~20年,21~30年组中取器困难率分别为9.62%,9.76%,9.52%。绝经年限<1年,1~5年,5~8年组取器困难率分别为7.37%,11.84%,17.65%。取器困难与带环年限无关,与绝经年限有关。结论绝经后1年内取IUD痛苦小,手术顺利。

300 Different Cases of Taking IUD After Menopause

Objective To Analysis the relation between the difficulty in removing the intrauterine device and the years with IUD for postmenopausal women, and to discuss the appropriate time for removal of IUD. Method To analysis 300 postmenopausal women from the years with IUD, menopause and the removal of the device. Results According to years with ICU, women are divided into 5~10 and 11~20 and 21~30 group, All three groups for the difficulties rates in removing ICU are 9.62 %, 9.76 %, 9.52 %. According to menopause, into less than a year, 1~5 year, 5~8 years Group, All three groups for the difficulties rates are 7.37 %, 11.84 %, 17.65 %. Conclusion The difficulty in removing the intrauterine device has nothing to do with the years with ICU, but has relation to the menopause; The suffering from removal of IUD in 1 year after postmenopause is small ,which is only a smooth operation.
