| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解法莫替丁在预防急性重症脑血管病后应激性溃疡的作用。方法 :选择急性重症脑血管病 82例 ,随机分为法莫替丁组与对照组各 4 1例 ,分别对照其应激性溃疡的发生及病死率。结果 :法莫替丁能有效地预防应激性溃疡的发生 (P<0 .0 1)及降低病死率 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :法莫替丁是急性重症脑血管病后预防应激性溃疡的发生并降低病死率的理想药物 ,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate curative effect of pamotid inum to prevent from stress urcel complicated with acute severe cereblovascular diseases.Methods:82 cases of acute severe cereblovascular diseases was random divided into two groups,41 cases a roup,the experiment group was patients treated with pamotidinum,and another group received not any drug to prevent from it.Results:Pamotidinum is effective to prevent from stress urcel complicated with acute severe cereblovascular diseases(P<0.01),and rate of case fatality was reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pamotidinum is a edeal drug in preventing from stress urcel complicated with acute severe cereblovascular discascs. |
