| 摘 要： | 本文初步建立了以胃癌石蜡切片组织为材料,应用PCR—RFLP法对癌基因c-Ha-ras第12位密码点突变进行测定的技术,这一技术方法的建立,对于肿瘤研究方面,在进一步扩大基础理论研究和临床的联系上有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on slices of paraffin-embedded stomach cancer, a newly established technology has beem used successfully in detecting point muta- tions at 12th codon of oncogene c-Ha_ras by means of PCR RFLP. This technology will surely have some contributions to the tumour disease research as well as the extending of the relationship between the basic theoretical research and the clinical practice. |
