大剂量甲基强的松龙联用硫酸镁注射液治疗重症哮喘的疗效

目的探讨大剂量甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁注射液治疗重症哮喘的临床效果。方法将60例重症哮喘的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例,对照组采用甲基强的松龙治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用25%硫酸镁注射液治疗,比较2组治疗的临床疗效及治疗前后最大呼气流量(PEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、1s用力呼气容量(FEV1)的变化。结果对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为63.3%和93.3%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前后PEF、FVC以及FEV1差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后比较差异也具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大剂量甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁注射液治疗重症哮喘可迅速有效地控制哮喘症状,且无明显不良反应发生,临床效果满意。

Effect of Large Dose of Methylprednisone Combined with Magnesium Sulfate Injection on Severe Asthma

Objective To observe the clinical effect of large dose of methylprednisone combined with magnesium sulfate injection on severe asthma. Methods Sixty patients with severe asthma were randomly assigned to receive either methylprednisone （control group,n= 30） or in combina- tion with 25 % magnesium sulfate injection （observation group,n=30）. One-second forced expira- tory volume （FEV1）,forced vital capacity （FVC） and peak expiratory flow （PEF） were deter- mined before and after treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Re- sults The total effective rate in control group was significantly lower than that in observation group （63.3% vs 93.3% ,P〈0.05）. The values of PEF,FVC and FEV1 were obviously different between the two groups before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Moreover, these spirometric val- ues significantly changed after treatment in both groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Large dose of methylprednisone combined with magnesium sulfate injection can quickly and effectively control asthma symptoms and does not produce adverse reactions.
