超重或肥胖对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

目的探讨超重或肥胖因素对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择高血压患者（高血压组）50例，正常血压者（对照组）30例。根据体质指数（BMI）将高血压组患者50例分为超重（BMI≥24kg·m^-2）或肥胖组（BMI≥28kg·m^-2）35例和正常体质量组（BMI〈24kg·m6-2）15例。采集清晨空腹静脉血4mL，测量血浆内皮素（ET）和血管紧张素U（ATII）含量。结果高血压组ET及ATⅡ含量均较对照组显著升高（均P〈0．05）。高血压组中超重或肥胖组BMI、ET、ATⅡ均高于正常体质量组（均P〈0．05）；肥胖组ET及ATⅡ均高于超重组（均P〈0．05）。结论超重或肥胖的高血压患者血浆ET和ATⅡ水平较正常体质量高血压患者明显升高，且超重或肥胖对高血压患者血管内皮功能有明显的影响。

Effect of Overweight or Obesity on Endothelial Function in Patients with Hypertension

Objective To investigate the influence of overweight or obesity on the levels of en- dothelin（ET）and angiotension Ⅱ （AT Ⅱ ）in patients with hypertension. Methods According to body mass index （BMI） ,50 patients with hypertension were divided in to overweight or obesity group （BMI≥24 kg. m-2 or BMI≥28 kg. m-2,n=35） and normal weight group （BMI〈 24 kg.m-2 ,n= 15）. Control group consisted of 30 subjects with normal blood pressure. Vein blood samples 4 mL were obtained under fasting conditions to detect plasma levels of ET and AT ]1. Results The levels of ET and AT II in hypertension patients was significantly higher than those in control subjects （P〈0.05）. The BMI and levels of ET and AT II in overweight group or obesity group was obviously higher than those in normal weight group （P〈0.05）. Furthermore, the levels of ET and AT I1 in obesity patients was higher than those in overweight patients （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Plasma levels of ET and AT 1I in overweight or obesity patients with hyper- tension were significantly higher than those in normal weight patients,indicating that overweight or obesity has obvious effects on endothelial function in patients with hypertension.
