| 摘 要： | 目的检测急性冠脉综合征患者血清中基质金属蛋白酶-2的变化,探讨其与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法用酶谱法测MMP,冠状动脉病变程度评分采用Gensini评分系统。结果急性冠脉综合征组MMP-2水平显著高于对照组;急性心肌梗死组MMP-2水平高于不稳定型心绞痛组,但无统计学意义;急性冠脉综合征组血清MMP-2与冠脉Gensini Score无明显相关性。结论MMP-2可作为评价动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性的血清学指标。MMP-2与冠状动脉病变程度无关。
