脑室内微量注射亮氨酸-脑啡肽抗血清对ACTH和催乳素分泌的影响

摘    要:给实验组大鼠第三脑室内注入微量亮氨酸-脑啡肽抗血清,与对照组大鼠脑室注射正常兔血清比较,初步证明脑内源性亮氨酸-脑啡肽不影响ACTH和催乳素的静息分泌,但兴奋限制性应激引起的上述激素平行释放。提示脑内δ阿片受体的激活,可能是ACTH和催乳素相伴释放的共同作用途径中的一个重要环节。

Abstract:The effects of third ventricular microinjection (3rd.v.i.) leucine-enke-phalin antiserum (LEnK.AS) and normal rabbit serum (NRS) on resting and restraint stress-induced release of ACTH and prolactin (PRL) were Studied in conscious male rats bearing an intrajugular cannulae. The results revealed that LEnK.AS and NRS had no effect on resting secretion of ACTH and PRL, but restraint stress-induced release of ACTH and PRL were significantly suppressed by 78.0% and 82.9% respectively in the LEnK. AS pretreated animals than in the control animals (NRS, 3rd v. i. ) . The results suggest that brain endogenous leucine-enkephalin may be one of modulators involved in simultaneous release of ACTH and PRL by stress.
