| 摘 要： | 测定28例子宫内膜异位症患者及14例正常健康妇女血清CA－125和子宫内膜抗体（EMAh）水平。结果，血清CA－125浓度与子宫内股异位症临床分期呈正相关，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA－125明显高于对照组；子宫内膜异位症患者血清EMAb明显高于对照组。两者用于子宫内膜异位症诊断的敏感性分别为71．43％和82．14％，特异性分别为57．21％和57．14％。

| Abstract: | Levels of CA-125 and endometrial antibodies (EMAb) in sera of 28 cases of endomettiosis and 14 normal women were identi-fied. Results showed that the levels of CA-1 25 in sera were positively correfative witb the clinical stages of endometriosis. The serum CA-125 levels were significant higher in the patients witb the 3rd and 4th stage eedometriosis than that in the controls. Serum EMAb levels of the pa-tients with endometriosis were also significantly higher than that in controls. The sensitivities of CA-1 25 and EMAb measuarents in the diag-nosis of endometriosis were 71. 43% and 82. 14%,and their peificities were 57. 21% and 57. 14% respetively. |
