生脉注射液联合米力农注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心肾功能的影响

目的:探究生脉注射液联合米力农注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心肾功能的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2019年3月马鞍山十七冶医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,2组均给予西医常规治疗,对照组在此基础上加用米力农注射液,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用生脉注射液,连续治疗14 d,比较2组患者心功能分级疗效、中医证候积分疗效及心肾功能变化情况。结果:观察组患者的中医证候疗效总有效率及NYHA心功能分级疗效均优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);分组治疗后观察组血清NT-pro BNP、LVEF、6 min步行试验距离明显改善且均优于对照组,其中6 min步行试验距离差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组肾功能明显改善且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生脉注射液联合米力农注射液可显著改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心肾功能,提高心功能分级,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of Shengmai Injection Combined with Milrinong Injection on Heart and Kidney Function of Chronic Heart Failure Patients

Objective:To explore the effects of Shengmai Injection combined with Milinone Injection on the heart and kidney function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 66 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed in Ma′anshan Shi Qi Ye Yi Hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the study objects and divided into an observation group(n=33)and a control group(n=33)according to random number method.All patients were given conventional Western medicine treatment.The control group was added with Milinone Injection on the basis of this.The observation group was treated with Shengmai Injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group for 14 consecutive days.The effects of cardiac function grading,TCM syndrome scores and changes in heart and kidney function were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of TCM syndromes and NYHA cardiac function classification in the observation group were better than those in the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);After group treatment,the serum NT-pro BNP,LVEF,and 6-minute walking test distance in the observation group were significantly improved and better than those in the control group.The difference in the 6-minute walking test distance was statistically significant(P<0.05);The renal function was significantly improved and better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai Injection combined with Milinone Injection can significantly improve the heart and kidney function of patients with chronic heart failure and improve the classification of heart function,which is worthy of clinical application.
