摘    要:目的:通过对厦门市妇幼保健机构2015—2019年人力资源变化趋势的动态分析,发现厦门市妇幼保健机构人力资源发展方面所存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应建议。方法:以厦门市妇幼保健机构监测直报系统为基础,结合厦门市卫生健康委员会所提供的卫生人力资源数据,对厦门市妇幼保健机构人力资源数据进行统计分析。结果:近5年厦门市妇幼保健机构人力资源发展较快,但仍然存在总量不足、配置不合理、专业结构失衡及整体素质不高、人才引进与需求不匹配等问题。结论:面对妇幼保健机构人力资源发展过程中的诸多问题,应该科学合理增加人力资源总量;优化专业结构;加强继续医学教育与培训;科学设置岗位比例。

Abstract:Objective:To find out the problems existing in the development of human resources in maternal and child health care institutions in Xiamen,through the dynamic analysis of the changing trend of human resources in these institutions in Xiamen from 2015 to 2019.Corresponding suggestions for these problems were put forward to provide reference for the government's management and decision-making of maternal and child health care institutions.Methods:Statistically analyzed the human resources data of maternal and child health care institutions in Xiamen,which is based on the monitoring and direct reporting system of maternal and child health care institutions in Xiamen,and combined with the health human resources data provided by Xiamen Health Committee.Results:The human resources of maternal and child health care institutions in Xiamen have developed rapidly in the past 5 years.But there are still some problems,such as insufficient total amount,unreasonable allocation,imbalance of professional structure and low overall quality,Talent introduction do not match demand.Conclusions:In the face of many problems in the development of human resources in maternal and child health care institutions,we should scientifically and rationally increase the total amount of human resources,optimize the professional structure,strengthen continuing medical education and training,setting up positions with scientific proportion.
