| 摘 要： | 输卵管炎性反应为性活跃期妇女常见病,严重者可发展为输卵管炎性不孕。张迎春教授认为本病多与气滞血瘀、化热酿毒相关,临床以“通”为大法,独创中医特色七联疗法,疗效显著。七联疗法包括口服中药、外敷、灌肠、脐疗、穴位针灸、通液疗法和介入治疗等,根据患者的具体情况选用和联合应用。本文还附验案1则,以资佐证。

| Abstract: | Fallopian tube inflammation is a common disease in women with sexual activity.In severe cases,it can develop into tubal inflammatory infertility.Professor ZHANG Yingchun believes that the disease is mostly related to qi stagnation,blood stasis,heat and poisoning.In clinical practice,“Removing the obstruction”is the main method,and the unique seven-combination therapy with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics was created,which has a remarkable effects.One case is attached to prove it. |
