活血接骨汤联合微创植骨治疗胫骨中下段骨折不愈合疗效观察

目的:观察分析活血接骨汤联合微创植骨治疗对于胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年1月黄石市第二医院收治的胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的患者150例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法的差异分为观察组(n=88)和对照组(n=62),观察组接受活血接骨汤联合微创植骨治疗,对照组以微创植骨治疗。观察2组患者的临床治疗效果、血液流变指标的变化、生物力学,以及血清炎性因子-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平改善程度。结果:观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组;观察组血液流变、生物力学以及血清炎性反应因子各个指标水平改善程度明显优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用活血接骨汤联合微创植骨治疗胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的临床治疗效果显著,对患者血液流变学指标有积极的影响作用,患者预后的生物力学水平具有优越性,患者血清IL-6、TNF-α和CRP水平改善显著,对于胫骨中下段骨折不愈合的临床治疗意义重大。

Effects of Huoxue Jiegu Decoction Combined with Minimally Invasive Bone Graft on Nonunion of Middle and Lower Tibia Fracture

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effects of Huoxue Jiegu Decoction combined with minimally invasive bone graft on nonunion of middle and lower tibia fracture.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2018,a total of 150 cases of nonunion of middle and lower tibial fractures were selected and retrospectively analyzed in the Second Hospital of Huangshi.According to the difference of treatment methods,they were divided into an experimental group(Huoxue Jiegu Decoction combined with minimally invasive bone graft treatment,n=88)and a control group(minimally invasive bone graft treatment,n=62).The degree of improvement in the clinical efficacy,hemorheology,biomechanics and the level of serum inflammatory factor IL-6,CRP and TNF-α were observed in both groups.Results:The clinical effects of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.The improvement degree of hemorheology,biomechanics and serum inflammatory factor levels in the experimental group was significantly better than those of the control group and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effects of Huoxue Jiegu Decoction combined with minimally invasive bone grafting is remarkable for the treatment of nonunion of middle and lower tibial fractures.It has a positive effects on the hemorheology of the patients,and the biomechanical level of the prognosis of patients has higher superiority.The serum levels of IL-6 TNF-α and CRP are significantly improved,which has a great significance for the treatment of nonunion of middle and lower tibial fractures.
