娑罗子中有效成分的药理学及临床应用

摘    要:通过收集整理近年来有关娑罗子中有效成分的药理研究及临床文献报道,系统总结娑罗子所含有效成分的具体药理作用机制。目前对娑罗子主要活性成分七叶皂苷钠的研究比较充分,临床疗效稳定,药理作用机制明确。经常被用来治疗软组织水肿渗出等疾病。但娑罗子中活性成分繁多,药理及临床研究尚不完善,应进一步加强对娑罗子其他活性成分,包括黄酮类、香豆素类、甾醇类的研究,为本品新剂型的研发及进一步拓展临床应用提供新思路。

Abstract:The pharmacological mechanism of specific components contained in Semen Aesculi was summarized by collecting the pharmacological research and clinical literature reports.By analyzing the relevant literatures, we could summarize the active ingredients and the pharmacological mechanism of it.Up to now, we have found that sodium aescinate, the main active ingredient of Semen Aesculi is usually used to treat diseases such as edema and exudation of soft tissue.Many researchers at home or abroad have done a lot of pharmacological mechanism experiments and clinical efficacy observations.But Semen Aesculi contains more active ingredients, while pharmacological and clinical research still is not perfected.It is necessary to further strengthen the study of Semen Aesculi, for other active components, such as flavones, coumarins and steroids and developing new dosage forms of Semen Aesculi and clinical application of development provides new ideas.
