清热散瘀解毒方对EP性发热大鼠血清、下丘脑组织中cAMP含量的影响

摘    要:目的:通过观察清热散瘀解毒方对EP性发热大鼠c AMP的影响,探讨该方的退热机理。方法:应用随机分组方法将大鼠分为清热散瘀解毒方组(12只)、萘普生药物组(12只)、模型组(12只),每组注射2,4-二硝基苯酚进行小鼠非感染发热造模,然后分别灌入中药、西药、生理盐水(模型组和空白组)。2 h后测定体温及血清中c AMP的含量,比较分析不同药物对EP性发热大鼠体温的影响以及c AMP含量的变化。结果:中药组和西药组灌药2 h后,体温明显低于模型组(P0.05);中药组、西药组血清和下丘脑c AMP含量明显低于模型组(P0.05)。结论:清热散瘀解毒方能降低EP性发热大鼠体温,其作用机理可能与下调机体血清和下丘脑组织中c AMP含量相关。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of Qingre Sanyu Jiedu decoction on cAMP of rats with EP induced fever. Methods: Rats were divided into the model group (n=12), Chinese medicine group (n=12), western medicine group (n=12). Rats in each group were injected with 2, 4-dinitrophenol to establish fever models. A normal group (n=6) was included in study. The normal group and model group were injected with saline, while Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were respectively injected with Qingre Sanyu Jiedu decoction and naproxen. The body temperature and the concentration of cAMP in serum and hypothalamus were measured two hours after injection. Results: The temperature of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were lower than those of the model group. cAMP content in serum and hypothalamus of the Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were lower than vehicle group, which all showed statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qingre Sanyu Jiedu decoction may have the function of reducing temperature, and its mechanism may be related to the reduction of cAMP content in rat serum and hypothalamus.
