固表化饮法治疗过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征患者的临床疗效及对血清IgE和嗜酸性粒细胞的影响

目的:探究刘大新教授固表化饮法对改善过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征患者的证候和肺功能,提高患者免疫力及对IgE嗜酸性粒细胞的影响。方法:选取2015年5月至2017年5月宣武中医医院收治的过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组仅服用西药治疗,观察组使用刘大新教授固表化饮法和西药结合治疗,比较2组的临床疗效、血清lgE、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、血清嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平、肺功能和证候评分等。结果:2组治疗4周、3个月后,观察组的临床控制率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组的血清lgE、EOS、ECP水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组肺功能在治疗后改善效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组主要证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:刘大新教授固表化饮法相对于单一西药治疗而言,在患者的临床疗效上有更好的治疗效果,并能显著地提升过敏性鼻炎哮喘综合征患者的肺功能和免疫力,有更好的止咳平喘和抗炎作用。

Clinical Efficacy of Consolidating Superficies and Resolving Fluid Method for Patients with Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma Syndrome and Its Effects on Serum Total IgE Eosinophils

To explore the clinical effect of Professor Liu Daxin''s consolidating superficies and resolving fluid method on improving the syndrome and lung function of patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome, improving the patient''s immunity and its effect on IgE eosinophils.Methods:A total of 60 patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome treated in Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with western medicine only and the observation group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The clinical efficacy, the levels of immunoglobulin E(lgE), peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)and serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP), the levels of serum Th1, Th2 cytokine changes, pulmonary function and syndrome scores were compared between the 2 groups.Results:After the treatment of 4 weeks and 3 months, the clinical control rates in the observation group were all better than those in the control group(P=0.024).The levels of serum total lgE, EOS and ECP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); the improvement of pulmonary function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the scores of main syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with single western medicine, Professor Liu Daxin''s consolidating superficies and resolving fluid method has better therapeutic effect in clinical curative effect, and it can significantly improve the lung function and immunity of patients with allergic rhinitis and asthma syndrome, and has better antitussive, antiasthmatic and anti-inflammatory effects.
