| 摘 要： | 鲍曼不动杆菌是医院内引起感染性疾病的重要病原菌,在与抗生素对峙的过程中呈现出多重耐药、泛耐药性的特点,其耐药机制复杂,治疗该类菌种所致疾病难度大。中药在长期的使用过程中,表现出显著的抗菌作用。深入研究中药的作用,对解决细菌耐药的问题具有重要的意义。作者经过查阅文献,就鲍曼不动杆菌耐药机制及相关中药的研究作一综述,以期为控制鲍曼不动杆菌的感染奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Acinetobacter baumannii is an important pathogenic bacteria causing infectious diseases in hospital. It shows multi drug resistance and pan drug resistance against antibiotics. The treatment of diseases caused by this bacteria is very difficult to given as its drug resistance mechanism is complex. Traditional Chinese Medicine had significant antibacterial effect of antibacterial, proved in long term of application. Further researches on resistance of bacteria with TCM is meaningful. This article is a review on drug resistance mechanism of Acinetobacter baumannii and related researches of Traditional Chinese Medicine to be the basis of Acinetobacter baumannii infection control. |
