龙牡壮骨颗粒治疗维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床研究

目的:研究龙牡壮骨颗粒对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床疗效性及安全性。方法:对50例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿给予龙牡壮骨颗粒口服治疗,观察患儿治疗前后疾病及中医证候疗效的改变情况等。结果:疾病疗效、中医证候疗效好转率都达到88%。头部、胸骨骨骼畸形、牙齿迟出前后证候积分差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。下肢骨骼畸形用药前后证候积分差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。食欲食量、面色、汗证、肌肉、毛发、精神、夜惊、枕秃用药前后证候积分有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:龙牡壮骨颗粒对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的临床疗效显著,对面色、汗证、肌肉、毛发、精神、夜惊、枕秃症状有明显改善作用,临床上有很好的应用价值及前景。

Clinical Research of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule for Vitamin D Deficiency Rickets

To study the treatment of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule for Vitamin D deficiency rickets treatment and its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods: Total 50 cases of Vitamin D deficiency rickets children were given oral treatment of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule, and then their disease and syndrome curative effect before and after treatment were observed. Results: The effective rate and the improving rate of Chinese medicine syndromes reached 88%. The head, chest bone deformity, late teeth scores has no statistical significances before and after the treatment (P>0.05). Lower limb bone malformation syndrome score had significant difference after the treatment (P<0.05). The scores of appetite, amount of foods, complexion, sweat syndrome, muscles, hair, spirit, night terrors, pillow bald had significant differences after the treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Longmu Zhuanggu Granule for Vitamin D deficiency rickets is clear, with obvious improvement on some symptoms including the complexion, sweat, muscles, hair, spirit, night terrors, pillow bald, which has a good clinical application value and prospect.
