中风后痉挛性瘫痪的中医临床治疗研究综述

中风也称为脑卒中,是中老年人的常见病。中风最主要的功能障碍是中风性"软瘫"又称迟缓性瘫痪和中风性"硬瘫"又称痉挛性瘫痪,从治疗上说,"硬瘫"因其患侧肢体肌张力相对"软瘫"较高而使治疗难度增大,然而脑中风的恢复过程中的必然会出现"硬瘫"这一阶段,因此对于这一阶段的临床治疗进行综述性总结,为临床工作者提供临证治疗参考。本研究从针刺治疗、艾灸治疗、中药治疗和推拿治疗入手,系统研究中医临床治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪的研究进展。对中风后痉挛性瘫痪的中医临床治疗进行客观评价,各个治疗方法的优势和劣势以及各自治疗不良反应的情况,进而为临床中医临症时缩短中风后痉挛性瘫痪治疗方案的决策时间。

Research Review on Clinical TCM Treatment for Spastic Paralysis after Stroke

Stroke, also known as cerebral apoplexy, is a common disease in elderly people. The most frequent dysfunctions of the stroke are delayed paralysis and. As spastic paralysis is caused by limb muscle tension, it is relatively difficult for treating spastic paralysis in treatment, compared with stroke paralysis. However, spastic paralysis will definitely occur during the stroke recovery process. Thus, this article is to comprehensively summarize and review the clinical treatment for this stage, to provide clinical reference for clinicians. This article is to systematically study the research progress on TCM treatment for patients with spastic paralysis after stroke research progress from the respective of acupuncture, moxibustion, Chinese medicine treatment and massage therapy. Advantages and disadvantages of different TCM clinical treatment methods and their corresponding adverse reactions for spastic paralysis after stroke were objectively evaluated, for appropriate decision-making in the TCM treatment therapy choice for spastic paralysis after stroke.
