疑似复杂证候之辨析

从临床思维角度探讨疑似复杂证候的发生机理、临床特点、辨析原则。疑似复杂证候之发生证候与疾病发生、发展、转归,以及发病因素和影响因素纵横联系复杂多变密切相关。临床表现具有症状不全、多相疑似、繁杂不纯的特点,症状间有因果、真假、兼并等复杂关系。临床辨析必须遵循具体病情具体分析的基本思维原则,运用辩证思维原理和方法,从多方面、多层次、多关系分析不同类型的疑似复杂证候,明辨主症,并应辨证地处理好症状的特异性与非特异性、证候的典型表现与非典型表现、一元辨证与多元辨证的关系。

Differentiation on Suspected Complex Syndrome

To explore the occurrence mechanism,clinical characteristics,differentiation principle of suspected complex syndrome from clinical thinking pattern.The emergence of suspected complex syndrome is closely related to the occurrence,development and turnover of diseases and their pathogenic factors and influential factors.Suspected complex syndrome is featured by incomplete symptom,multiphase similarity and impurity of single syndrome.The symptoms share causal relationship,true and false relationship or combination relationship.In clinic differentiation,basic principle of individuality has to be considered,then analyzed by critical thinking from a multi-aspect,multi-level,multi-relation angle so as to differentiate the major syndrome.Moreover,the specificity and non-specificity of symptoms,typical manifestations and atypical manifestations,unary and multiple differentiation of symptoms should be dealt with caution.
