| 摘 要： | 目的观察肾炎康复片治疗紫癜性肾炎患儿蛋白尿的疗效及其安全性。方法把紫癜性肾炎伴有蛋白尿的患儿68例随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。治疗组给与肾炎康复片3～7岁2片,7～12岁3片,12～14岁4片,均为3次/d;同时给予抗过敏和其他对症治疗。对照组不用肾炎康复片,仅给予抗过敏和对症治疗。比较两组患儿24h尿蛋白总量治疗前后的变化情况,观察时间为肾炎康复片治疗前和后1～3个月。结果治疗组患儿蛋白尿3个月内减少或者消失的比例明显高于对照组。结论肾炎康复片治疗紫癜性肾炎蛋白尿具有良好的临床疗效,安全无明显毒副作用,值得在儿科临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Shenyankangfu tablets in the treatment of proteinuria in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN).
