| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨体外循环下心房粘液瘤的护理配合方法。方法:总结13例体外循环下心房粘液瘤患者切除术的术前、术中、术后全程配合护理经验。结果:术后并发心律失常3例,脑栓塞1例,经积极治疗,均康复出院。结论:体外循环下心房粘液瘤手术过程中给予积极护理配合,可促进手术顺利进行,降低术后并发症的发生,利于患者早期康复。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore nursing cooperation in the surgical operation on atrial myxoma under extracorporeal circulation.Methods: Sum-up was made on the experience of nursing cooperation in the whole course of surgical operation on atrial myxoma under extracorporeal circulation,including preoperative;inoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation.Results: Arrhythmia occurred in 3 cases,cerebral embolism in 1 case.All of the patients were discharged from hospital after proper treatment.Conclusion: Positive nursing cooperation can reduce the incidence of postoperative complication and promote patient's restoration as well as ensure the operation performed smoothly. |
