复方聚乙二醇电解质散用于妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备60例

目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散在妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备的可行性。方法将120例妇科腹腔镜择期手术患者随机分为两组,观察组60例口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散,对照组60例口服20%甘露醇行术前肠道准备,并对排便情况、不良反应及肠道准备前后电解质的变化进行比较。结果两组肠道清洁总有效率及肠道准备前后电解质的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组肠道准备的反应情况、肠道效果优、不良反应发生与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备安全、高效、方便,可广泛用于妇科腹腔镜手术前准备。

Application of Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder in Preoperative Bowel Preparation in Gynecological Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To explore the feasibility of Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder in preoperative bowel preparation for the patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods A total of 120 gynecological patients undergoing elective laparoscopisurgery were randomly divided into the observation and control groups. The observation group（60 cases） received oral Com- pound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder and the control group （60 cases） was given oral 20% mannitol for preoperative bowel preparation. Defecation, side effects and electrolyte change before and after bowel preparation were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of bowel cleaning and the change of electrolyte change before and after bowel preparation had no statistical difference between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05）. However, the react condition of bowel preparation, the best effect of bowel preparation and side effects occurrence in the observation group patients were better than those in the control group（ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion Compound Polyethylene Glycol Electrolyte Powder is a safe, highly effective and convenient for bowel prepara-tion, which can be generally used in gynecological preoperative laparoscopic operation.
