雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片早期联合抗生素治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡患者97例疗效观察

目的：观察雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片联合抗生素治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性胃溃疡患者的Hp根除率。方法：将Hp阳性的胃溃疡患者随机分为两组：治疗组97例，雷贝拉唑20mg，每日晨服，治疗2周，羟氨苄青霉素1g，克拉霉素0．5g，每日2次，治疗1周；对照组78例，胶体次构橼酸铋480mg，羟氨苄青霉素1g，克拉霉素0．5g，每日2次，治疗1周。结果：治疗组Hp根除率（93．81％，91／97）明显高于对照组（74．36％，58／78），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组Hp活动期溃疡愈合率（95．87％，93／97）明显高于对照组（78．21％，61／78），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；全部患者共149例（84．08％）Hp根除，154例（87．04％）溃疡愈合，6例发生副作用。结论：雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片早期联合使用抗生素治疗胃溃疡能显著根除Hp，提高溃疡愈合率。

Effect observation of therapeutic alliance of 97 cases Hp positive gastric ulcer by sodium rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets

Objective: To observe Hp eradication rate of Hp positive gastric ulcer after therapeutic alliance by sodium rabeprazole.Methods: Hp positive gastric patients were randomly divided into two groups.Therapy group(97 patients) were given 20 mg sodium rabeprazole every morning for 2 weeks,and 1 gram amoxicillin and 0.5 gram clarithromycin twice per day for 1 week.While control group(78 patients) received 480 mg colloid bismuth citrate,1 gram amoxicillin 0.5gram clarithromycin twice per day for 1 week.Results: 91 cases of therapy group(91/97) were Hp eradicated(93.81%),and 93 ulcer healed(95.87%);while 58 cases of control group(58/78) were Hp eradicated(74.36%),and 61 ulcer healed(78.21%);the two had significant difference(P<0.05).149 cases of all 175 patients were Hp eradicated(84.08%),and 154 ulcer healed(87.04%),with 6 side effect(6/175).Conclusions: Early therapeutic alliance of sodium rabeprazole enteric-coated tablets and antibiotic in gastric ulcer can significantly eradicate Hp and increase ulcer healing rate.
