| 摘 要： | 通过对1763例社区人员中医体质筛查的研究，把社区人群的体质分为正常体质和病理体质两大类，病理体质人群中85.8%患有各类高血压的比例较高，痰湿型、阴虚型患脑卒中的比例较高，瘀血型、痰湿型患冠心病的比例较高。并提出通过体质干预来控制和管理社区中的慢性病的工作模式。

| Abstract: | A study of the constitution of 1763 people was conducted, revealing two categories, one normal and the other pathological. Of the people with pathological constitution, 85.8% have various kinds of chronic diseases. Within this category, there is a higher rate of hypertension among those who belong to depression of liver-qi and stagnation of phlegm and dampness, a higher rate of cerebral apoplexy among those who belong to stagnation of phlegm and dampness, and yin deficiency, and a higher rate of coronary heart disease among those who belong to blood stasis and stagnation of phlegm and dampness. The author also put forward a working model for control and management of chronic diseases in communities by regulating constitution with Chinese medicines. |
