64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对冠状动脉疾病的诊断价值

目的评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像（64SCTCA）在诊断冠状动脉疾病中的临床价值。方法收集60名患者64SCTCA的完整资料,与近期冠状动脉造影术结果进行对照分析。结果CAG发现92支血管有狭窄,64SCTCA发现98支血管有狭窄,冠状动脉CTA诊断狭窄的敏感性为94.6%,特异性95.9%。结论64SCTCA对于冠状动脉狭窄的评估具有一定敏感性和特异性,用于冠心病的临床筛查具有重要意义。

The Clinical Values of 64-slice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy for the assessment of coronary artery diseases （CAD） with 64- slice spiral CT coronary angiography（64SCTCA） . Methods： Totally 60 patients suspected of CAD were examined by 64SCTCA, and compared with coronary angiography（CAG） regard as gold standard. Results： 92 segments were diagnosed as the stenosis of coronary arteries by CAG, meanwhile 98 segments were found to have stenosis by means of 64SCTCA investigation. With the results of CAG as golden standard, the sensitivity, specificity diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis were 94.6% and 95.9% respectively. Conclusion： 64SCTCA has excellent sensitivity and specificity in dectecting coronary artery stenosis. It is a useful non - invasive method for screening coronary artery diseases, an important role in clinical diagnosis.
