| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的X线征象与临床对照分析,提高NRDS的X线诊断水平。方法:选择临床与X线资料完整的105例NRDS病例进行回顾性分析,对X线征象及临床表现进行比较,其中8例经尸检证实。结果:根据床边X线胸片表现,将NRDS分为轻、中、重三度。轻度57例,中度25例,重度23例。105例中合并气漏15例,合并感染性肺炎10例,合并肺出血5例,死亡8例。结论:床边X线胸片是检查NRDS的主要方法,在NRDS的诊断、疗效观察中有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summary clinic and radiological analysis of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (NRDS) and improve X-ray diagnose of this disease.Methods:The X-ray findings and clinic shows of 105 cases of NRDS were studied retrospectively,including 8 cases was proved pathologically.Results:NRDS was classified into 3 types,according to their bed-side X-ray findings: 57 cases were mild,25 cases were moderate, 23 cases were severe, 15 of 105 cases displayed concurrent air leak, 10 cases infective pneumonia, 5 cases concurrent pneumorrhagia,8 cases death.Conclusion:Bed-side radiology plays an important role in diagnose and treatment of NRDS. |
