| 摘 要： | 通过测定大鼠肝细胞培养液中乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）、白蛋白及细胞内ＤＮＡ的含量、探索玉米赤霉烯酮（Ｆ－２毒素）对体外培养大鼠肝细胞的损伤作用。结果表明：Ｆ－２毒素对肝细胞分泌ＬＤＨ无影响，但可使白蛋白和ＤＮＡ合成下降。

| Abstract: | Through the determination of the content of LDH,albumin in cultured media and the total content of DNA in cultured hepatocytes,the authors searched the injury of cultured hepatocytes in vitro induced by zearalenone (F-2 toxin). The results showed that F-2 toxin had no effect on the level of LDH ,but decreased the synthetic capability of albumin and DNA in cultured hepatocytes. |
